Eleni graduated from the Physiotherapy Department of the Athens Technological Educational Institute (ATEI) in 2004 and has been working as a freelancer since 2005. She is the owner of Galatsi Physio Center in Athens and has been involved in adult education and seminar organization since 2013. The Clinical Pilates by GPC® therapeutic exercise method was designed by her and is her intellectual property.
In 2016, she completed her postgraduate studies in Health Unit Management at the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University. As of 2023, she holds a master's degree in "Therapeutic Exercise" from the University of Patras’ Department of Physiotherapy. In 2024, she became certified as an Adult Educator by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and as a Sissel® Spinefitter Instructor.

Evangelos P. Albanidis is a specialist physiotherapist with clinical expertise in headaches, the upper cervical spine, and temporomandibular joint dysfunctions.
He studied Physiotherapy at the ATEI of Thessaloniki, graduating in 2010. He then continued his postgraduate studies in the UK, specializing in Manual Therapy, where he completed his Master’s degree (MSc Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy) at the University of Birmingham in 2013. Through a successful clinical examination and supervision, he joined the British Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP), an association with around 1,000 members in the UK that sets strict standards for research and clinical expertise.
He worked for a decade in the UK in both the public (NHS) and private sectors, culminating in his role as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner at Oxford NHS Hospital.
Beyond this, he served as a Scientific Associate at the University of Birmingham, contributing to the teaching of postgraduate students in the field of headaches and temporomandibular joint disorders.
Currently, he collaborates as a clinical instructor and OMT examiner with the British Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP) and OMT-Greece, under the auspices of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists.
Academically, he is a clinical researcher at the ‘Centre of Precision and Rehabilitation of Spinal Pain’ at the University of Birmingham, focusing on the relationship between neck pain, headaches, and jaw disorders in collaboration with the internationally renowned researcher Prof. Deborah Falla.
Evangelos P. Albanidis

Ioannis Grigoriadis studied at the Physiotherapy Department of the Athens University of Applied Sciences (ATEI) and graduated in 2007. In 2009, he began attending the Master's program in Manual Therapy Education at OMT-Greece, which is supervised by the Panhellenic Physiotherapists Association (PSF).
After completing the program, he continued his studies in the UK, where in 2015 he finished his degree at the University of Birmingham, earning a Master of Science in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy.
His thesis, titled "Can the hand laterality recognition task be performed without using motor imagery?", was presented at the 2016 World Congress of IFOMPT, one of the most important events in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and Manual Therapy.
During his stay in the UK, he worked at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he was responsible for the assessment and treatment of outpatients with neuromusculoskeletal conditions. He is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). After completing the university master's program, he became a member of the prestigious Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP).
Since returning to Greece in 2016, he has participated in annual physiotherapy conferences, presenting personal work on musculoskeletal topics as a speaker. In 2017, he joined the teaching staff of OMT-Greece as a clinical instructor in Manual Therapy. OMT-Greece is part of the umbrella group Hellas-OMPT, the official Greek representative of the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT).
Currently, his clinical expertise includes the application of specific mobilization (mobilization/manipulation) techniques, soft tissue mobilization techniques (Myofascial Release), and special functional therapeutic exercises for rehabilitation, based on clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
Ioannis Grigoriadis
Administrative Assistant
Katerina graduated from the Occupational Therapy Department of the Athens Technological Educational Institute (ATEI) in 2008. She began her career as an occupational therapist, working with dedication and professionalism for eight consecutive years until 2016. Since 2016, she has transitioned into administrative roles, specializing in providing administrative support in healthcare facilities and educational institutions.
She has worked as an Administrative Officer and Program Manager in a Learning Disability Center and a Supported Living Facility, taking on key responsibilities for organizing and managing these structures. Additionally, she has served as the Head of Planning, Organization, and Operation for various programs such as "E-learning," "Home Therapies," and "Study Program," ensuring their smooth operation from design to implementation and monitoring of results.
Since the founding of the Clinical Pilates Institute, Katerina has assumed the role of administrative support.
She has enriched her knowledge and skills by attending numerous seminars related to administrative support, office management, remote work, and information technology.
