🎯 Workshop Objective

The primary goal of this workshop is to familiarize participants with the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL®. Throughout the session, participants will explore the basic principles and functions of the tool, learn how it can be integrated into the Clinical Pilates therapeutic exercise method for mobilizing, activating, and relaxing the spine, practice both foundational and advanced exercises, and gain insight into the indications and contraindications of its use.

📚 Workshop Content

The workshop begins with an introduction to the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL®, including its background, the philosophy behind its development, its core features, and evidence-based applications.

Following this, the integration of the SPINEFITTER into Clinical Pilates will be discussed, with a focus on its compatibility with the fundamental principles of the method, the clinical reasoning that supports its use, and how to adapt Clinical Pilates exercises with the tool.

The practical part of the workshop includes a live demonstration of mobilization and stabilization exercises for the spine, techniques for activating core stabilizing muscles, as well as examples suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Clinical case examples will also be presented, demonstrating the use of the SPINEFITTER in spinal, shoulder, hip, and ankle pathologies.

The workshop concludes with an open Q&A session, offering participants the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and discuss ideas for incorporating the SPINEFITTER into their professional practice.

Upon completion of the workshop, participants will receive an electronic Certificate of Attendance issued by the Clinical Pilates Institute®.
