Program Overview
Program Overview
The training program has a duration of 6 months and consists of 5 distinct modules.
Throughout the program, participants are trained in:
• The basic principles and methodology of Pilates.
• The Pilates Matwork and Big Equipment repertoire.
• The application of Pilates repertoire in Groups of Special Population.
Pilates by CPI®
Matwork by CPI® Training
MW1 – Matwork 1 by CPI® (2 days, 16 hours)
• Introduction to the basic principles of Pilates.
• Training the correct body posture, lateral breathing, and core muscle engagement.
• Foundational floor exercises focusing on trunk stabilization and control.
MW2 – Matwork 2 by CPI® (2 days, 16 hours)
• In-depth technique training in Mat exercises.
• Progression to more demanding exercises and positions.
• Integration of functional movement and endurance exercises.
MW3 – Matwork 3 by CPI® (2 days, 16 hours)
• Advanced exercises requiring increased trunk stabilization and control.
• Adaptation of the Matwork repertoire to the individual motor and functional needs of each client.
• Design of Matwork personal and group exercise programs with all small equipment (balls, rings, bands, foam rollers).
Reformer by CPI® Training
RE1 – Reformer 1 by CPI® (2 days, 16 hours)
• Introduction to the Reformer and its basic functions.
• Safe guidance of beginners through fundamental exercises.
• Development of proper technique using the Reformer.
RE2 – Reformer 2 by CPI® (2 days, 16 hours)
• Deepening in the Reformer exercise techniques.
• Progressive difficulty in Reformer repertoire.
• Integration of functional movement and endurance training.
RE3 – Reformer 3 by CPI® (2 days, 16 hours)
• Instruction of advanced exercises and positions.
• Personalization of the Reformer repertoire to client needs.
• Design of personal and group exercise programs on the Reformer.
Pre & Post Natal Pilates by CPI® Training
PinP – Pre & Post Natal Pilates by CPI® (1 day, 8 hours)
• Pilates-based exercise training during pregnancy.
• Addressing pregnancy-related issues through movement.
• Postnatal recovery, including treatment of diastasis recti.
Pilates in Elderly Population by CPI® Training
PinEP – Pilates in Elderly Population by CPI® (1 day, 8 hours)
• Adapted Pilates repertoire for the elderly people.
• Age-appropriate movement according to physical needs.
• Managing common pathologies in elderly people through exercise.
Big Equipment by CPI® Training
BE – Big Equipment by CPI® (2 days, 16 hours)
• Training on the Tower, Half Trapeze, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector.
• Practice in basic and advanced exercises.
• Integration of all big equipment (+Reformer) for comprehensive program design.

Eligibility & Participation
Participation is open to professionals in the field of exercise.
