Pregnancy Massage: Nurturing Mobility, Comfort & Connection

Massage and Pregnancy

This course is designed to provide massage therapists and body workers with a comprehensive framework for supporting pregnant clients through every trimester with safe, effective, and nurturing bodywork. Participants will learn how pregnancy affects musculoskeletal structures—particularly the hips, abdomen, lumbar spine, neck, —and how to adapt techniques to promote comfort, mobility, and relaxation while honoring both maternal and fetal well-being. The course integrates assessment, positioning strategies, manual techniques, and client education, enabling therapists to confidently deliver sessions that reduce common discomforts, support optimal alignment, and foster a deeper mind-body connection during pregnancy.
