Massage Approaches to Improve Balance, Flexibility, Strength & Movement
Massage Approaches to Improve Balance, Flexibility, Strength & Movement
Learn how to address your client’s flexibility, strength and balance with Massage.
Achieving optimal movement requires balance, strength, flexibility, and rigidity. Many factors affect our client’s pliability and mobility: aging, lack of or poor movement patterns and injuries.
This course will explore techniques that enhance the interplay between muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints to improve overall movement quality.
By integrating client movements into treatments, this course will equip you to help clients become more pliable, fostering stronger and healthier daily activities as well as enhanced athletic performance.
