Therapeutic Exercise in Pregnancy

The seminar presents safe and evidence-based exercise protocols for pregnancy and postpartum. It focuses on the physiological changes in the mother’s body throughout the trimesters and the appropriate ways of exercising during each stage, aiming at both the healthy development of the fetus and the optimal physical condition of the mother.

In addition, the seminar addresses common conditions arising from childbirth, such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor muscle weakness and urinary incontinence, as well as safe strategies for returning to daily activities.

Practical examples are provided through case studies.
