Clinical Suspension Training by CPI®

Clinical Suspension Training by CPI®

Target Audience:

The Clinical Suspension Training by CPI® method is designed for physiotherapists, graduates of Physical Education and Sport Science Department and other professionals in the fields of health and rehabilitation. Training with the suspension trainer combines with other exercises, creating a circuit training program (cross training).

After the initial stage of rehabilitation, a patient can follow the suspension trainer exercise program where the intensity of the exercise is higher than the initial exercise routine. The intensity of the exercise is adjusted according to the needs and abilities of each participant.

Suspension training is ideal for individuals looking to increase their cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance, for those with musculoskeletal pain, and for those leading a sedentary lifestyle who want to activate their bodies in a short amount of time. It combines very well with other forms of exercise, such as Clinical Pilates, resistance band exercises, dumbbell exercises, or bodyweight exercises.
