This course aims to empower practitioners with the knowledge and skills to enhance patient care through the ancient art of cupping. Participants will learn specific techniques using various types of cups and strokes, their applications, contraindications, and how to create personalized tinctures and lotions. By the end of the course, practitioners will be equipped to integrate these tools into their practice effectively.
The curriculum will impart techniques designed to accelerate healing, improve range of motion, and optimize the function of fascia, muscles, joints, the immune system, and organs. Cupping therapy employs negative pressure techniques to enhance nutrient exchange, facilitate lymphatic and blood flow, reduce adhesions, and improve Qi. This course seamlessly blends Eastern medicine with Western medical techniques and anatomical knowledge.
Cupping therapy is a physiologically sound, non-invasive method that serves as a universal remedy for rejuvenation, prevention, and treatment. Additionally, it places less stress on the practitioner's body while promoting the health and well-being of their patients.
Certification
Participants will receive electronic course materials, and upon completion of the seminar, they will be awarded a certificate of attendance, recognized by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB).
Eligibility
The seminar is open to physiotherapists, physiotherapy assistants, wellness professionals, chiropractors, and osteopaths.
