Course Information

The Clinical Pilates by GPC® therapeutic exercise method is specifically designed for physiotherapists and professionals working in the fields of health and rehabilitation. It is based on the classic exercise repertoire of Joseph Pilates but has evolved to contribute to the rehabilitation of various conditions. The method is grounded in modern scientific data from international literature and continuously evolves by following the latest findings from scientific studies.

During the course, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to utilize the core principles of the method and the customized exercise repertoire in the treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, and other conditions. Additionally, they will be taught how to organize individual and group Clinical Pilates classes and work with specific groups of individuals, such as professional athletes, pregnant women, and elderly individuals.

The course cycle offers comprehensive training in the Clinical Pilates by GPC® therapeutic exercise method, providing thorough knowledge in the Mat, Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector exercise repertoire, as well as in small equipment (big and small balls, bands, rings, foam rollers, massage balls, weight balls).
