Course Information
The Clinical Pilates by GPC® therapeutic exercise method is designed for physiotherapists and professionals working in the fields of health and rehabilitation. It is based on the classic exercise repertoire of Joseph Pilates but has evolved to contribute to the rehabilitation of various conditions. It relies on modern scientific data from international literature and is continually updated to follow the latest findings from scientific studies.
During the course, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to apply the fundamental principles of the method and the adapted exercise repertoire in the treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, and other conditions. Additionally, they will be taught how to organize individual and group Clinical Pilates classes and work with special populations, such as professional athletes, pregnant women, and the elderly.
The course cycle provides comprehensive training in the Clinical Pilates by GPC® therapeutic exercise method, offering in-depth knowledge of the Mat, Reformer, Tower, Half Trapeze, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector, as well as small equipment (big and small balls, bands, rings, foam rollers, massage balls, weight balls).
