Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Galatsi Physio Center, Ag. Glykérias 7, T.K. 11147 Galatsi, Athens.

Eligibility

The workshop is open to physiotherapists, physical education teachers, and other professionals in the health and rehabilitation field.

Printed materials will be provided to participants.
Maximum number of participants: 16.
Participants who complete the workshop will receive certification with continuing education credits.

The educational workshop will include theoretical learning and practical training on the following topics related to rehabilitation:

How and when to use the suspension trainer in an exercise and rehabilitation program?
How to enhance a therapeutic exercise program using the suspension trainer?
How can assisted exercises be performed with the suspension trainer?
How to increase the range of motion of peripheral joints with the use of the suspension trainer?
How to perform stabilization and mobilization exercises for the spine with the suspension trainer?
How to progressively load upper and lower limb exercises with the suspension trainer?
