• February 15 & 16, 2025

• Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Location: Galatsi Physio Center, Ag. Glykérias 7, T.K. 11147 Galatsi, Athens.

Eligibility

Physiotherapists, graduates of Physical Education and Sport Science Department and other professionals in the health and rehabilitation fields are eligible to participate.

Participants will be provided with printed materials.

The maximum number of participants is 16 people.

The Clinical Pilates Institute is an Accredited Member of the Continuing Professional Development Certification Services (CPD Certification Services).

Participants who attend the seminar will receive certification.

The educational seminar will include theoretical learning and practical training on the following topics related to rehabilitation:

How and when to use resistance bands in an exercise and rehabilitation program?

• How to enhance a therapeutic exercise program with the use of resistance bands?

• How to perform stabilization and mobilization exercises for the spine using resistance bands?

• How can assisted exercises be performed with resistance bands?

• How to increase the range of motion of peripheral joints with the use of resistance bands?

• How to gradually load the upper and lower limbs in exercises with resistance bands?
