Clinical Suspension Training by GPC®

Clinical Suspension Training by GPC®

Target Audience:

The Clinical Suspension Training by GPC® method is designed for physiotherapists, graduates of Physical Education and Sport Science Department and other professionals in the fields of health and rehabilitation. Training with resistance bands combines beautifully with other exercises, creating a circuit training program (cross training).

After the initial stage of rehabilitation, a patient can follow a resistance band exercise program where the intensity of the exercise is higher than the initial exercise routine. The intensity of the exercise is adjusted according to the needs and abilities of each participant.

Resistance training is ideal for individuals looking to increase their cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance, for those with musculoskeletal pain, and for those leading a sedentary lifestyle who want to activate their bodies in a short amount of time. It combines very well with other forms of exercise, such as Clinical Pilates, resistance band exercises, dumbbell exercises, or bodyweight exercises.
